How did you become interested in health, healing and peak performance?

Your doctoral work was centered around aromatherapy and acupuncture. What can you tell us about the use of Aromatherapy to enhance physical/mental/emotional balance and performance and help anyone achieve peak performance?

What we are primarily interested in is enhancing physical and/or cognitive performance for everyone, not just elite athletes. I know this is an area of great interest to you.

You have elixirs for a variety of different conditions ranging from sleep and relaxation to better focus and abundance.

We are curious about what the traditional literature says as well as what modern research suggests as well as any anecdotes that you might have relating to aromatherapy.

You focus a great deal of time on coaching and in fact have created a system that you call REST. What can you tell us about that?

How can this achieve better outcomes for people looking to excel in specific areas of their lives?
